My journey into the world of weaving

Had to get in a June post!

Even though I have done virtually nothing for the last few weeks, except some spinning. Life has interrupted some habits and rituals. Life has to be tended to and my weaving can and will wait. Weaving is very patient; I know I will return to it and it won’t have any sense of lost time. Only I do.
We’re off on a cottage retreat again this week and like last year, I am bringing the Louet. I suspect there will be plenty of rainy afternoons to spin!
More life changes ahead but actually hoping that weaving will fit in more easily into new patterns.
It gives me great comfort to know my weaving is always there for me, like a best friend. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been.
